Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail service which includes insurance and tracking. This ensures that both you and us have a way to track the package, to the extent that the US Postal Service provides this service, and the insurance provides a reliable and responsible method of dealing with shipping mishaps when they occur.

If you are in the continental United States your shipping costs will not be higher than what is shown above and in many cases we lower the shipping charge due to a lower actual cost after packaging your order.

Shipping and handling charges reflect current cost of shipping your order via US Postal Service priority mail. Please include your phone number with your order and a street address (we cannot ship to Post Office boxes). A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Most orders are shipped sooner. Back orders may be shipped separately as soon as stock is available.

Please note: If you have ordered a printed copy of a cross-stitch pattern the above shipping rates will apply as we will be mailing the pattern to you. The shipping amount as shown above will be added by hand in our office to your order.
